01
A Career Built on Physical Performance
I spent years playing football professionally, in Spain, Italy, and Mozambique, including experience at Europa League level. Playing at that level for that long meant living inside physical preparation, conditioning, and recovery every single week — not learning about it from a textbook.

02
The Shift From Playing to Training Others
In my final seasons as a player, I worked as an assistant physical trainer — the point where my focus shifted from my own performance to helping other athletes train properly. That experience shaped how I approach personal training today: structured, safety-first, and built around real progression, not guesswork.

Formal Certification
That shift led me to train formally as a Personal Trainer at the European Health and Fitness School in Madrid, recognised through EuropeActive and EREPS standards, covering physical assessment, exercise programming, and safe instruction.

Training in Cyprus Today
I’m based in Nicosia, and I work with clients in-person across Nicosia and Limassol — at home or outdoors — and online with clients anywhere. My approach stays the same regardless of format: a plan built around the person in front of me, not a template applied to everyone.
