Personal Trainer and Nutritionist

Training and nutrition work best as one plan, not two separate things you’re trying to manage on your own. I bring both together, built around how you actually eat and train.

The real problem

Why Training and Nutrition Advice Usually Contradict Each Other

Get your training from one place and your nutrition from another — an app, a generic plan, advice from a friend — and you end up with two plans that were never designed to fit each other. Your nutrition plan might have you under-eating on the days you train hardest. Your training plan might have you pushing intensity on a day your eating can’t actually support it.

Neither plan is wrong on its own. They’re just not talking to each other — and you’re the one stuck trying to reconcile two sets of instructions that don’t know the other exists.

Why the Same Check-In Covers Both

If your training and your eating are reviewed separately, on different schedules, by different people, problems take longer to catch. You might be training well but eating in a way that’s undoing it — and nobody notices until the numbers have been off for a month.

Reviewing both together, every two weeks, means an adjustment in one always accounts for the other. If training intensity goes up, the eating plan adjusts with it. If life gets in the way of the nutrition side one week, the training plan can flex around that too — instead of you just quietly falling behind on both.

Definition

What “Nutrition Plan” Actually Means Here

Not a list of foods you’re allowed and not allowed. The plan starts from what you already eat — your actual routine, what you like, what’s realistic on a normal week — and adjusts the amounts and balance to match your goal.

The test of whether a nutrition plan works isn’t whether it looks disciplined on paper. It’s whether you’re still following it in month three. A plan that’s technically perfect but impossible to live with loses to a plan that’s slightly less perfect and actually sustainable, every time.

Questions

Some Things You Might Be Wondering

Before you ask.

Is this a strict diet plan?

No. It’s built around food you already eat, adjusted to fit your goals — not a rigid list of what you can’t have.

Do I need to count calories?

Confirm José’s actual method before publishing.

Can I get the nutrition plan without personal training?

Yes — it’s included as part of Online Coaching, or added to in-person sessions through the Complete Package.

Why are training and nutrition reviewed together instead of separately?

So an adjustment to one always accounts for the other — if your training changes, your eating plan changes with it, and vice versa.

Can I try a session before committing?

That’s what the trial session is for — €50, deducted from your first month.
